The class will include:

• This intensive workshop provides students with the opportunity to take a deep dive into Paso Robles, one of the most unique wine-growing appellations in California.

• Students will be presented with wines from the region, as Craig will be sourcing representations from all over Paso Robles to give students a taste of real representations of these regions.

• Dive deep into the history of Paso Robles, and dive into prestigious sub-regions like Willow Creek, Adelaida, Templeton Gap, El Pomar, Geneseo and many, many more.

• Learn about the most famous vineyards and producers from each region, and how these vintners have refined representations of classic

• Take home our buying guide for Paso Robles, including vintage charts, producers, price approximations, and more.

• The class takes place on Monday, April 29th at 6:30pm at our California Street Location..
