We're excited to announce the limited release of an experiment 6 years in the making. Come try our 6 year bottle aged unoaked Dolcetto "Lacking Diplomacy" that we are releasing on a very limited basis next Thursday, April 10th. 

Back in 2019, Craig Suveg ran an experiment while making our 2019 Dolcetto. Instead of oaking all the wine produced, he immediately bottled 8 cases of Dolcetto for an extended bottle aging. This unoaked, bottle aged Dolcetto has a unique complexity not fully expressed in other renditions. 8 cases will be available starting next Thursday, so make sure to come grab a bottle or two before its gone!

Release Details

• Our 2019 Unoaked Dolcetto will be available for bottle purchase, glasses, and tastings on Thursday April 10th.

• No unaoked Dolcetto will be available online due to the limited nature of the release. You can also place an order via email at info@suvegcellars.com or call 909-768-2220 to reserve your bottles.

Make sure to come to try our new experimental Dolcetto next Thursday at the Tasting Room!
