We're super excited to welcome gourmet burger truck Metal Kitchen to the California Street Tasting Room for the first time on Friday September 13th from 4-9pm!

Metal head and culinary wizard Chef Daniel founded Metal Kitchen food truck to combine his passion for metal music and cuisine. Daniel has been immersed in the culinary world for over a decade, working as a chef, teaching cooking classes, and refining his craft. Metal Kitchen is an extension of his ethos, using only the finest ingredients from fresh hand-ground beef made from a priority blend of chuck and brisket, to freshly grated cheeses, hand-cut fries, home-smoked bacon and house-made sauces. Chef Daniel will be serving up his creatively named burgers like the "Cowboy From Hell," the "Motorhead," and the "Fight Fire with Fire" on Friday September 13th at the California Street Tasting Room!

• The event will be held at our DOWNTOWN LOCATION, 12132 California Street, Yucaipa CA, 92399.

• Metal Kitchen will be serving from 4-9pm. 

• We expect the turnout to be high for this event, so make sure to get here early to ensure you have a seat!
