The class will include:
This intensive workshop provides students with the opportunity to take a deep dive into the Willamette Valley, one of the most unique wine-growing regions in the United States.
Students will be presented with wines from the region, as Craig will be sourcing representations from all over the Willamette Valley to give students a taste of real representations of these wines.
Dive deep into the history of the Willamette Valley, and into prestigious sub-regions like Dundee Hills, Ribbon Ridge, Yamhill Carlton, Chehalem Mountains, McMinnville and more.
Learn about the most famous vineyards and producers from each sub-region, and how these vintners have built classic representations of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that stand up to their original terroir in Burgundy.
Take home our buying guide for the Willamette Valley, including vintage charts, producers, price approximations, and more.
The class takes place on Monday, July 29th at 6:30pm at our California Street Location.
