A Suveg Cellars Wine Club favorite is coming back to the menu! Join us for the release of our 2020 Malbec "Capital Requirements" on Saturday, June 1st at 12 pm.

Compared to other varietals, Malbec is one of the most expensive grapes to purchase by the ton. One night on the road back from Santa Barbara, Craig and Devin were commiserating about the price of Malbec grapes, and the name Capital Requirements was born. Our 2020 vintage sports an inky dark color with increased density and palette weight. Aged in a combination of French and Hungarian oak barrels before being blended to bottle, the 2020 Malbec has intense berry flavors, fresh crushed raspberry notes, accented with hints of anise, mint, clove, and violets. This elegantly framed Malbec will pair with most foods thanks to its riveting acidity and can be drunk now, or any time over the coming decade.

• Our 2020 Malbec will be available by the glass and the bottle starting Saturday, June 1st.
