Join us for a special event years in the making, as we throw our first March Madness Cork Toss Competition at Suveg Cellars on Saturday March 16th at 1pm.

If you've ever been to the tasting room, there is a high likelihood that you've seen Devin or Shawn try and toss corks into the very large glass at the end of the bar (a task that is much harder than it looks).  On March 16th, we'll be opening up the challenge to the entire Wine Club and general public, as teams will compete head to head to see who has the best aim, and who gets bragging rights in the Ides of March. Here is how the competition works:

+We're looking for 32 teams of 2 to compete in the cork toss. There is no charge to compete, and the sign up process is below.

+The competition will be bracketed, and the winner of each toss will move on to the next round.

+Each round is 2 minutes long. Each team will be shooting at their own large glass. Whichever team shoots the most corks into their glass in 2 minutes moves on to the next round. If there is a tie at the end of two minutes, a 30 second sudden death tiebreaker will determine the winner.

Winner gets a 1 cent Magnum of their choosing! Runner up gets a 1 cent 750ml bottle of their choosing.

Teams need to be present by 12:45 sharp.

• The event will be held at our DOWNTOWN LOCATION, 12132 California Street, Yucaipa CA, 92399.

• The event is from 1-4pm at the Suveg Cellars Tasting Room. Teams must be present by 12:45pm.

• Signing up to compete in the event is free! Winner get's a 1 cent Magnum of their choosing! Runner up gets a 1 cent 750ml bottle of their choosing.
