This intensive workshop provides students with the opportunity to take a deep dive into Australia, one of the most unique wine-growing appellations on the planet.
Students will be presented with wines from the region, as Craig and Devin will be sourcing representations from all over Australia to give students a taste of real representations of these regions.
Dive deep into the history of Australia, and dive into prestigious sub-regions like Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Yarra Valley, Hunter Valley, and the Margaret River.
Learn about the most famous vineyards and producers from each region, and how these vintners have redefined classic representations of Syrah, Cabernet, Sauvignon Blanc, and more.
Take home Devin's buying guide for Australia, including vintage charts, producers, price approximations, and more.
The class takes place on Monday, January 30th from 6:30 pm - 9 pm at our California Street Location.
