Hearthwood Coffee Roasters is back at Suveg Cellars. Our first event, pairing Nebbiolo with coffee was a real hit, and this coming Sunday the 10th of February, Kevin of Hearthwood will be previewing some of his new roasts that will surely blow you away. Kevin makes some of our favorite coffees around, including Guatemalan, Kenyan, Columbian, and Ethiopian, each with their distinct flavor profiles and accents.
His new coffee, Columbian Natural Fermented, is a very rare coffee to see on the market and even more difficult to produce. Natural fermentation needs very specific conditions to thrive, including perfect humidity in an indoor facility. This naturally fermented Columbian is one of the most complex coffees we’ve had to date, with crisp red apple and even accents of red wine!
Kevin will be doing pour overs all afternoon at the California Street Tasting Room this Sunday, February 10th from 12-6 pm. Come taste this one of a kind coffee while Kevin still has it in stock!

The event is open to wine club members and the public alike.
Tastings of Columbia Natural will start at Noon, and the event will last until 6 pm on February 10th.
