Our first Suveg Cellars Wine Dinner will be like nothing that you've seen before in the Inland Empire. We've teamed up with Henry Haverland of critically acclaimed The Haus Bistro to take you on a trip through the South of France. Henry and Craig will take you from Bordeaux to the Rhone on a pristine autumn night at the Suveg Cellars Vineyard, all in the presence of live classical music to serenade you throughout the meal.

The six-course menu is as follows:

Course 1

Salade de lentilles et orge - Barley and lentil salad with tapenade and fresh lemon zest

Paired with Suveg Cellars Viognier

Course 2

Medaillons de veau - Pan Seared veal medallions with Potato and morrels

Paired with Suveg Cellars Roussanne

Course 3

Noix de porc - Rustic style pork and white bean Cassoulet

Paired with Suveg Cellars Mourvedre

Magret de Canard - Honey lacquered fire grilled duck breast over fresh spring mix and white balsamic dressing

Boeuf Bourguignon - Filet mignon with assorted mushrooms in a classic fresh herb and red wine sauce
